No measurements on this one folks; received as is from a relative. Just read and mix:

One pot...quick and easy.....Cut potatos, carrots, celery, onion and have it on standby. Coat your beef with generous SALT. normal pepper, paprika, and enough flour to coat meat and some extra so theres some loose flour...I shake in a gallon bag. Oven to 350, Coat roaster bottom with just enough oil to sautee the beef and dump floured meat in pan uncovered. Let it brown, stirring maybe once to get flour off bottom. Once meat and flour looks brown about 15-20 minutes, Dump veggies in, cover completely with water and 1 CAN OF TOMATO SAUCE and put lid on. Let it cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hour Stir occassionaly so nothing is sticking on bottom.. the flour will be thickening. once the carrots are done. Take lid off so some of the liquid cooks down a bit. When it looks like the picture. it will also get thicker as it cools and the next day just add water when you heat it up if needed.
