Salsa - Mango Shrimp Salsa

Salsa - Mango Shrimp Salsa

2-3 lg ripe mangos diced
1 lb precooked shrimp 31-40 per lb diced
2 roma tomatoes diced
1 small bunch cilantro chopped about 1 cup
1 small jalapeño finely diced see tips about for roasting
1/2 med red onion finely diced
2-3 med ripe avocados diced
Juice of 2 limes
salt & pepper to taste

Prepare first 6 ingredients. Place in a large bowl and mix well. Add avocados, lime juice, salt and pepper. Gently mix until combined. Chill until ready to serve.
