1 tablespoon of creamy peanut or almond butter
4 squares of extra dark chocolate
1/2 avocado sliced thinly
1 large banana sliced
strawberries and avocadoes, sliced; blueberries
chia or hemp seeds (optional)
Arrange the ingredients in wedges around the bowl so that the ingredients each look like a "slice" in the power bowl. Place the scoop of peanut or almond butter in the center. Sprinkle with chia or hemp seeds if desired.
