What's the difference between a cocktail and a drink? Hell, we don't know! As near as can be said, a drink is alcohol, a mixer, and (or not) ice. A cocktail is something carefully constructed using different ingredients and with finesse. Sometimes, but not always, cocktails are served in stemware, fancy glasses. You be the judge.
2 ounces gin
1 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons Cascadian Farm™ organic fruit spread (any flavor)
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add in all ingredients and shake for 20 seconds so the ice melts and dilutes ingredients just a bit. Strain into a coupe glass.
