Slider - Bulgogi Sliders

3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons gochujang
2 tablespoons sesame oil
5 scallions, chopped
5 cloves garlic, grated
2 tablespoons grated ginger
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
12 mini burger/slider buns
14 oz kimchi
Add all ingredients except beef, buns and kimchi to a small bowl and combine to form a paste. Mix the paste with the ground beef to season it. Use immediately, or cover and refrigerate beef 1-2 days to allow flavors to meld. Form the meat into 14 evenly sized, thin burger patties and grill 5-7 minutes per side to medium well (or longer if you prefer). Serve patties on the burger buns, and top with kimchi.
