3/4 Cup Country Crock Melted
1 Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 oz)
1 Bag of Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (12 oz
1 1/3 Cups Flaked Coconut
1/4 Cup Crushed Peppermint
1/2 Cup Mini Marshmallows
1 TSBP Holiday Sprinkles
Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Heat your oven to 350 F. Spray 13x9 pan with non-stick cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted Country crock until combined. Press mixture into the bottom of the baking dish to cover completely. Pour Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk evenly over the mixture. Layer on the rest of the ingredients (reserving sprinkles for later). Bake 25-27 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and place on cooling rack. Add sprinkles evenly over the top. Cool completely and cut into bars for serving.
