2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 habanero, deseeded and deveined
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
In a food processor add together all the ingredients and process until completely smooth, about 1 minute. In a saucepan, add the mixture over medium heat. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until the sauce is thickened. Let cool before using as dipping sauce.
