Nuts & Seeds - Candied Walnuts

1 cup walnuts whole, without shells
1 tablespoon butter unsalted
1/4 cup white Sugar
1 teaspoon water

Prep a baking sheet with wax paper and place it right near your stove with some tongs or a spatula. In a non-stick skillet, add your sugar, butter, and walnuts. Over medium heat stir constantly until you ingredients begin to melt. Right once you start seeing the caramel brown, add in your teaspoon of water. Nuts will be deep golden brown, and sticky- immediately transfer to the baking sheet and sperate them from sticking together. Allow nuts to cool for 10 mins-store in an airtight container.
