Margarita - Avocado Margarita

What's the difference between a cocktail and a drink? Hell, we don't know! As near as can be said, a drink is alcohol, a mixer, and (or not) ice. A cocktail is something carefully constructed using different ingredients and with finesse. Sometimes, but not always, cocktails are served in stemware, fancy glasses. You be the judge.

Margarita - Avocado Margarita

6 oz. tequila
2 oz. triple sec
6 oz. limeade concentrate
2 c. ice
1 chopped avocado
6 oz. water
Garnish: mint sprig

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a cocktail glass, and garnish with a mint sprig.
