Coffee - Spanish Coffee

What's the difference between a cocktail and a drink? Hell, we don't know! As near as can be said, a drink is alcohol, a mixer, and (or not) ice. A cocktail is something carefully constructed using different ingredients and with finesse. Sometimes, but not always, cocktails are served in stemware, fancy glasses. You be the judge.

Coffee - Spanish Coffee

1/2 ounce tia maria coffee liqueur
1/2 ounce bacardi rum
6 ounces hot coffee
whipped cream
cherries

Pour Tia Maria and rum into a coffee mug. Fill with hot coffee. Top with whipped cream and a cherry.
