It s generally agreed throughout the world that a sandwich is two pieces of bread with something in-between. As if we were not confused enough, we have tried to list sandwiches by type: sandwich, burgers, grilled cheese, submarine, sausage (includes hot dogs), stuffed, open-face.

Slider - Shepherd's Pie Sliders (Beef & Pork)

1 lb lean ground beef and pork mixture
1 4 oz pkg butter and herb flavoured instant mashed potatoes
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups water
1 11 oz can corn
2 tbsp dry beef gravy mix
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
12 dinner rolls

Preheat oven to 425F. Bring water and milk to a boil in medium saucepan. Brown the ground beef and pork mixture in a large frying pan on med-high. Once the water and milk are boiling remove from heat and stir in the pouch of potato. When the meat is completely browned and the corn, gravy mix, onion powder, salt and pepper to the frying pan and continue cooking for a couple minutes. Turn heat down to medium- low and add the mashed potato to the frying pan. Combine well. Slice dinner rolls in half and place bottoms in a 9x13 inch pan. Spread the shepherd's pie mixture evenly over the buns and then cover with the tops of the rolls. Place in oven for 5-6 minutes. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
