Mayonnaise - Ranch Dressing (Sour Cream)

1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup water

In a small bowl combine the dried ingredients and mix well. In a larger bowl whisk mayonnaise, sour cream and water. Add the spices to the mayo mixture and blend well.
