Oil Olive - Balsamic Dressing (Asian Honey)

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 TBSP soy sauce
3 TBSP honey
1 TBSP sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

In a blender, puree on high the vinegar, onion, soy sauce, honey, sugar, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Gradually add the olive oil and continue pureeing until thick, about 2 minutes.
