A Pint Jar
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Pinch of dried oregano
Pinch of dried thyme
Pinch of dried tarragon
1 to 2 tsp honey or maple syrup
Fill the jar 1/2 inch with balsamic vinegar. Add another 1/2 inch of water. Add about 2 inches olive oil to fill the jar. Put in the rest of the ingredients, screw on the lid, and shake to emulsify.
