Oil Olive - Citrus Dressing (Herb)

1/4 cup olive oil
1 TBSP white champagne vinegar
1 TBSP fresh-squeezed orange juice
1/2 tsp finely chopped fresh chives*
1/2 tsp finely chopped fresh parsley*
1/2 tsp finely chopped fresh oregano*
Salt and pepper to taste

*Or a pinch each of dried spices.

Combine all ingredients and whisk until herbs are well-mixed.
