10 lbs ground beef
1 onion chopped fine
1 med size green pepper chopped
2 bottles of ketchup
Mix together and cook on low. Stir often and brown ground beef, onion and green pepper then drain. The longer you cook the better it tastes. Serve on a fresh soft roll.
