Chicken - Slow-Cooker Chicken & Gravy

2 pounds skinless chicken brfeasts
1 (1-ounce) packet dried onion soup mix
2 (.75 to 1-ounce) packets brown gravy mix
3 cups water

Mix the onion soup mix, gravy mixes and water together in the crock of the slow cooker. Add the chicken, ensuring the chicken is covered with liquid, and cover. Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours. Find the gravy too thin? Simply mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of cold broth or water in a small bowl. Stir the mixture it into the slow cooker. Cover and increase the heat to high for about 20 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
