1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pop the popcorn, place in a large bowl, and set aside. Combine the sugar and the corn syrup in a medium saucepan. Set over medium heat and bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat. Add the peanut butter, and stir to combine. Stir in the vanilla. Pour the mixture over the popcorn and stir to coat.
