Chicken - Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad

½ cup mayonnaise
⅓ cup dried cranberries
1 granny smith apple diced
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary finely chopped
1 tsp. Coleman's dried mustard
¾ cup walnuts chopped
Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix all ingredients together. Season to taste. Chill. Serve as a sandwich filing or on a bed of lettuce.
