Easter Ham Pie

Filling:
1 cup ham; diced small
1/2 cup pepperoni, cooked, drained; diced small
4 eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese; grated
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
pie crust:
3 cups flour
1 stick butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 eggs
1/2 cup water
The pie crust ingredients are for a top and bottom crust. Mix the crust ingredients and line a greased 9-inch pie shell. This will be a thick crust. Mix the filling ingredients thoroughly and pour into pie shell. Cover the top of the pie mixture with the second crust and pinch edges tightly closed to avoid leaking. The eggs will expand! Coat all visible pie crust surfaces with beaten egg yolk. Bake at 325 degrees F for one hour.
