2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
2 tbsp. shallot, finely chopped
2 tbsp. chives, chopped
Add chives, chopped
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. honey
Add salt, to taste
Place oil, lemon juice, vinegar, shallot, chives, mustard and honey in a screw-top jar. Cover and shake well. Season with salt.
