Cheese - Oman Cheese & Potato Chip Sandwich

It s generally agreed throughout the world that a sandwich is two pieces of bread with something in-between. As if we were not confused enough, we have tried to list sandwiches by type: sandwich, burgers, grilled cheese, submarine, sausage (includes hot dogs), stuffed, open-face.

Cheese - Oman Cheese & Potato Chip Sandwich

1 flat bread
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1 tablespoon hot chili sauce
1/2 cup potato chips, chili flavored, crushed

Spread cream cheese on bread. Sprinkle on chili sauce then put crushed chips on top. Broil it for a minute or heat in microwave for about 15 seconds.
