What's the difference between a cocktail and a drink? Hell, we don't know! As near as can be said, a drink is alcohol, a mixer, and (or not) ice. A cocktail is something carefully constructed using different ingredients and with finesse. Sometimes, but not always, cocktails are served in stemware, fancy glasses. You be the judge.
1/2 ounce Creme De Menthe
1 1/2 ounces of White Chocolate Liqueur
1/2 ounce Peppermint Vodka
Pour the Creme De Menthe into a cocktail glass. Insert a small spoon just to tough the top layer of the White Chocolate Liqueur. Then, using the back of the spoon again to slowly pour in the peppermint vodka. Serve it up.
