Grape Salad
1 pound red grapes sliced in half lengthwise
1 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons sugar
1 vanilla bean scraped or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
In a medium size bowl, stir together the sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Add the grapes and pecans to the bowl and stir to coat. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
