Pork Chops - Pork Chops Stuffed With Cornbread Dressing
Salt
Pepper
Old Bay
Thyme
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Package of cornbread dressing, cooked per directions
Wash chops and lie on flat surface with palm of your hand holding it in place and cut a slit horizontally toward the bone. Season well on both sides with salt, pepper, old bay and thyme. In a preheated skillet, coat with EVOO and cook chops on each side for 4-5 minutes until nicely brown. Remove from skillet and spoon dressing into the openings. Return to skillet and place into 375° oven for 30 minutes until done. The chops are fully cooked and tender.
