Meatloaf - Steakhouse Meatloaf

For the Meat Mixture:
2 lb of Ground Beef
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c Milk
1 c Bread crumbs
2 Tbsp Dried Minced Onion (or 1 onion, finely chopped)
1 Tbsp Dried Italian Seasoning
2 Tbsp Shredded Horseradish
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Ground Pepper
For the Glaze:
1/4 c Soy Sauce
1/4 c Ketchup
2 Tbsp A1 Steak Sauce
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Shredded Horseradish
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Italian Seasoning

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients for the meat mixture listed above. With your hands, gently combine all the ingredients until they are mixed together. Place the meat mixture on a foil lined baking sheet and form into a loaf. To make the glaze, combine the ingredients listed above into a small mixing bowl and whisk them all together until smooth. Pour HALF of the glaze over the meatloaf. Place the meatloaf into the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes remove the meatloaf from the oven and pour the rest of the glaze over the meatloaf and return it to the oven for another 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes then serve.
