Dip - Italian Salad Dressing & Dip Mix

3 teaspoons granulated garlic or garlic powder
2 Tablespoons onion powder
4 teaspoons oregano
1/2 teaspoon thyme
2 Tablespoons dried parsley
4 teaspoons sea salt
2 teaspoons ground pepper

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Store in any air tight container. Mix will keep for months. To make dressing: Add 2 Tablespoons dried dressing mix to 1/4 cup of any kind of vinegar, 1/2 cup any kind of oil and 2 Tablespoons water. Shake to mix thoroughly. To make vegetable or chip dip: Add 2 Tablespoons to an 8 oz container of sour cream. Let sit for a few hours to allow flavors to meld.
