Blueberry Grapefruit Mojito Slushie
1 lime, juiced
4 oz white rum
2 tbsp agave nectar
1/3 cup blueberries
1/3 cup water
a few mint leaves, minced
Mix all the ingredients together. Pour into a freezer safe bowl and freeze for 6-8 hours. Remove from freezer and scrape the frozen mojito into serving glasses. Serve immediately. You can make a frozen mojito instead, using ice cubes instead of water and freezing the grapefruit juice and blending them in a blender.
