Peach Melba
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice or to taste
1 can (15 oz.) sliced peaches in 100% juice
4 scoops Breyers® Original French Vanilla Ice Cream * (about 2 cups)
Process raspberries, sugar and lemon juice in food processor or blender until smooth; set aside. Evenly spoon peaches into 4 dessert dishes. Top with Breyers® Original French Vanilla Ice Cream, then drizzle with raspberry sauce.
