Chicken - Salsa Verde Chicken
2 pounds Chicken breast Cut into strips or cubes
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Chili powder
1 /2 tsp Paprika
Salt To taste
Pepper To taste
2 cloves Garlic Finely minced
1 Jalapeno Deseeded, Finely chopped
1 jar Salsa verde (Green salsa) 16 oz. jar
Cilantro Finely chopped, Garnish
Heat oil in a large nonstick pot or pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken, cumin powder, chili powder, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic, jalapeno, salsa verde. Mix everything together. Cover and cook for 6-8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Remove lid and cook for another 6-8 minutes until liquid is reduced and thickened to your desired consistency. Garnish with cilantro. Enjoy!
