Smoothie - Mango Pina Colada Smoothie
1 cup chopped mango, fresh or frozen
1 small banana, sliced
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk, well-shaken
4-5 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately, or store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
