Swedish Pickled Cucumbers
½ cup white vinegar
3 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons water
¼ teaspoon salt
Optional: 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley (or 1 Tbsp dried parsley).
Put sliced cucumbers into a bowl. Stir vinegar, sugar, water, salt together in a separate bowl, and parsley if you're using dried to dissolve the sugar and salt; pour over the cucumbers. Sprinkle parsley over the cucumbers if you're using fresh parsley. Refrigerate cucumbers 3 hours to overnight.
