2 large chopped onions
Shredded white and yellow cheese
2 C. flour
1/2 C. oil
4 C. water
4 tsp. mild chili
4 tsp. hot chili
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Spaghetti sauce
Tortillas
Olives

Have ready two large chopped onions and shredded white and yellow cheese. Mix in large frying pan 2 cups of flour, 1/2 cup oil - no heat yet. Turn heat on and mix until all is moistened. Add 4 cups of water gradually with heat on low. Add seasonings, mild chili, hot chili, salt and garlic powder. Add more water as it thickens. Add one pint of spaghetti sauce. Taste and add more seasonings if needed. In pan, dip tortillas in sauce and place in pan. Add 1 tablespoon chopped onion and 3 tablespoons of shredded cheese. Fold over and continue to layer with more chopped onion and cheese and sauce between layers. On top add more sauce, chopped onion, cheese and olives. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Make one pan white cheese and one pan yellow cheese.
