Spiked Ice Tea

What's the difference between a cocktail and a drink? Hell, we don't know! As near as can be said, a drink is alcohol, a mixer, and (or not) ice. A cocktail is something carefully constructed using different ingredients and with finesse. Sometimes, but not always, cocktails are served in stemware, fancy glasses. You be the judge.

Spiked Ice Tea

20 ounces Sweet Tea
4 ounces Peppermint Schnapps
Ice
Fresh Mint, optional garnish

Fill glasses with ice. Add 2 ounces of peppermint schnapps to each glass. Fill with tea and stir to combine. Garnish with fresh mint.
