Oil Olive - Clementine Orange Vinaigrette
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
In a bowl, combine all the salad ingredients. Set aside. To make the dressing, combing all the vinaigrette ingredients into a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Close lid, and then shake to combine. Pour dressing over the salad and serve.
