Corn - Shoepeg Corn Salad

3 11oz cans shoepeg corn, drained (can substitute white corn)
8 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cucumbers, peeled and diced
2 green peppers, seeded and diced
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

In a large mixing bowl, combine vegetables. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayo, celery seed, salt, and pepper. Pour dressing over vegetables and turn gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve cold.
