Beans (Green) - Roasted Zesty Green Beans
4 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp lemon zest
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
¼ cup Parmigiano-Reggiano
Lemon wedges
Preheat oven to 425F. Toss green beans in a large bowl with olive oil, oregano, garlic, lemon zest and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the beans in a single layer onto a rimmed baking sheet. Roast 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with Parmigiano-Reggiano. Serve with lemon wedges.
