Dip - Bacon Horseradish Dip

Dip - Bacon Horseradish Dip

8 ounces center cut bacon
12 ounces store-bought horseradish sauce
1 cup light sour cream
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Cook the bacon over medium-high heat until crisp; drain and process until fine in a food processor. Combine the horseradish sauce, sour cream, and onion powder in a medium mixing bowl; stir well. Fold in the crumbled bacon. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
