Rush Hour Supper
1 medium chopped onion
1 16 oz. can whole tomatoes (today I buy canned diced tomatoes)
1/2 cup uncooked rice (Uncle Ben's Original Long Grain Rice)
1 cup water
Saute meat in a large skillet. Add onions and tomatoes, rice, and water. Season with 1 tablespoon sugar and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and cook 25 minutes. Serve immediately.
