Bread (Flat) - Socca (Chickpea) - Monaco 🇲🇨

1 cup chickpea flour
1 cup water
1/4 cup olive oil (plus extra for cooking)
salt
pepper

The batter is super basic. Simply whisk together the chickpea flour (aka. garbonzo bean) with water, olive oil, salt and pepper) until the mixture pours easily.
