1 onion, chopped
2 large dollops of tomato paste
1 1/2 tins of chopped tomatoes
a handful of fresh basil & parsley
2 tsp oregano
2 cloves garlic paste
4-6 diced red peppers sliced
1 tsp. cumin seed
1 tsp. ground cumin seed
1/2 oz. cooking chocolate, unsweetened
3 tbsp. chili powder
1 teaspoon of chili flakes
2 lbs. red kidney beans
Water
2 dashes of balsamic vinegar
Brown your rabbit and onions in oil and add flour. Pop this in the slow cooker and add everything else!
